Booking Information

All rentals are handled Monday morning before each weekend. Spaces are booked by phone beginning at 9am. There are no waiting lists or advanced bookings. A cash payment for the space is due in advance at the time of setup.

Renewing your Booth or Table Space

Merchants have until 5pm on Sunday evenings to renew their space for the following weekend. If a payment has not been received by Crossroads before 5pm on Sunday evening, or other arrangements have not been made with Management, Crossroads Market will take steps to rent out the space on Monday morning.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday……… Closed
Thursday (merchants only set-up)…….. 9am - 5pm
Friday (merchants only set-up)…….. 9am - 6pm
Saturday & Sunday (merchants only set-up)…….. 8am - 9am
