Growing up with both his mother and father having been involved in the European meat business, Gerald Sickel knows the business inside and out. Raised on a ranch, he’s got an extensive background in food production and has been in the business since 1975.
At Sickel’s Meats in the Crossroads Market, he offers top notch products including beef, pork chicken, deli meats including jerky and high quality bacon, and gluten free sausage. Sickel buys the majority of his product from local Hutterite colonies.
